Welcome to Chaorg. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using this site.

1. General Information

This website is owned and operated by Chaorg (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Throughout the site, the terms “you” and “your” refer to the user, customer, or visitor.
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make purchases.

2. Products

All Chaorg products are made to order using a print-on-demand model through our UK fulfilment partner.
This approach allows us to reduce waste, maintain quality, and create each item specifically for the customer.
Because of this, each product may vary slightly in appearance from digital mockups shown online.

3. Orders

Once an order has been placed, it enters production immediately. Please review your details carefully before confirming payment, as changes cannot be made once production begins.
You will receive an email confirmation after your order is successfully placed.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
Chaorg reserves the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, and content featured on the Chaorg website are the intellectual property of Chaorg.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any of our content or imagery without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Chaorg shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
We make no guarantees regarding continuous website availability or error-free operation.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
