Refund Policy

At Chaorg, each product is made to order through our UK fulfilment partner. This production model allows us to reduce waste and create only what’s needed, but it also means we cannot offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.
 

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or faulty, we’ll make it right.
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at operations@chaorg.store.
Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
 

2. Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are only offered if:

  • The product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

  • The incorrect item was received.

  • The claim is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
     

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Incorrect size selection.

  • Change of mind or preference.

  • Normal wear and tear.
     

Please check our size guides and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
 

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
 

4. Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to reorder a different size or design, please place a new order after your refund (if applicable) has been processed.
